PomoDog is intended for a general audience aged 13 years and older. By using this application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your country to consent to digital services). If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have received consent from your parent or legal guardian to use PomoDog in accordance with these Terms.
PomoDog operates as an offline-first, client-side productivity application. The application does not require user registration, account creation, or proprietary cloud synchronization. All timer records, study notes, kennel collections, and preferences are processed and stored locally on your device hardware.
Because PomoDog does not maintain remote user databases or cloud storage, you bear sole responsibility for preserving and backing up your local application data (using Google Drive, Android backup tools, or local data exports). Nowmadd Dev Studio is not responsible for any data loss resulting from device replacement, operating system resets, or application uninstallation.
The Pack Album and Shop offer virtual items (dog breeds, hero cards, soundscapes, and cosmetic themes) acquired through focus milestones, in-app bone currency, or voluntary rewarded ads:

PomoDog is designed as a productivity and lifestyle tool for time management and general well-being. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for attention disorders or physical health conditions. When participating in Active Pauses or step counting, always prioritize physical safety, remain aware of your surroundings, and avoid using the app in hazardous environments.
Nowmadd Dev Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PomoDog on your personal Android device for non-commercial purposes. All artwork, soundscapes, line-art illustrations, code, and trademarks are the intellectual property of Nowmadd Dev Studio.
PomoDog is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nowmadd Dev Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the application.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of PomoDog following such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
